Chester FC Women ended 2019 with a 4-1 loss against a dominant The New Saints Ladies side.

The friendly game was a match of two halves as Chester struggled to get into the game in the first 45 minutes, but found themselves much improved in the second half.

Manager Martin Fitzsimons changed things up at the break as his side competed well against a team divisions above the Blues, with Abi France grabbing a consolation.
