An epic game between two even teams ended with the Blues drawing 3-3 with Warrington Wolverines, after a last-minute free kick from the hosts broke Chester hearts.

Throughout the game the Blues had Katie Priest winning tackles and stopping Warrington attacks, with an excellent display seeing her pick up the player of the match award.

In a very close poll, Priest took 36% of the vote, followed closely by goalscorer Sarah Redman who came in second.

Wingers Rachel Lever and Anna Jones came in third and fourth respectively, both also with key goal contributions in the game.
