Chester FC Women are looking to make it back-to-back league wins on Sunday as they take on Altrincham FC Ladies in the North West Womens Regional League Division One South.

In the first meeting between the two sides this season, it was a 1-1 draw away from home for the Blues with the opening goal coming from top scorer Rachel Lever.

It's been an unusual season for Altrincham. They sit 8th in the league as they've only played three league games due to many postponements in recent weeks.

STAT ATTACK: Chester have scored at least two goals in their last five games in all competitions, averaging 3.2 goals a game.

The Blues also remain unbeaten at home this season and with the majority of their remaining league games to be played at home, there is plenty of optimism for the rest of the campaign.

Last year, the Seals won 2-1 at home in this fixture and they will be looking for a repeat performance on Sunday at Ellesmere Port Sports Village.

Check out the action from Chester's last home league fixture vs Warrington Wolverines.
