Match Preview: Chester FC Women vs Didsbury FC Ladies 1

Chester FC Women return to league action this Sunday and are looking for back to back victories, as they take on Didsbury Ladies.


A win at Didsbury Sports Ground would mark the Seals' first consecutive away victories of the season, after a dominant win against West Kirby in the Cheshire County Cup last time out.


Martin Fitzsimons' side snapped a four game losing streak at the weekend and will be looking to kick on and secure the three points, against a team they are yet to play this season.



STATS


The Blues will be hoping to make it a third league away win of the season, with wins over Wythenshawe (3-5) and Liverpool Feds (1-2). The Seals notched up 7 goals in them fixtures but have since found themselves on -3 goal difference in the league.


Chester can leapfrog Warrington Wolverines into third place with a win over the Manchester based club, that is if Northwich Vixens get a result over the Wolverines.


A win for Didsbury will close the deficit on Chester to just one point, with the home side having four games in hand over the Seals.
